📋 Description

• Lead projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align business, technology, and other stakeholders • Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables • Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency strategies • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, consistent, and proactive communication • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level reporting • Manage scope changes and facilitate change management processes • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements • Coordinate resources and priorities across multiple initiatives • Provide stakeholders with project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• To be based in Argentina • 8+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably within technology or enterprise environments • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices • Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and status reports • Strong risk management and mitigation experience • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities • Experience with project management and collaboration tools • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments is highly desirable • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification is a plus • Experience with enterprise technology, systems implementation, transformation, or modernization initiatives is a strong advantage
