📋 Description

• Guide end-to-end feature development for a lean team • Make pragmatic trade-offs between rapid shipping and long-term code health • Write clean, production-grade code across the full-stack TypeScript ecosystem • Deploy custom agentic workflows, state-machine logic, and custom RAG pipelines • Build guardrails, traceability frameworks, and confidence/quality algorithms for measuring LLM output reliability • Turn ambiguous ideas into functional code rapidly • Establish code review processes, testing discipline, and responsible AI coding-assistant guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level TypeScript proficiency, including Generics and Discriminated Unions • Deep Node.js experience • Strong modern web development capabilities • Experience with SvelteKit, or React/Vue experience with ability to learn new frameworks quickly • Track record of deploying practical LLM-powered features or agents • Understanding of token costs, evaluations, and prompt safety • Advanced daily use of engineering assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor • Ability to work autonomously across the entire web stack • Outstanding English communication skills • Comfort working in an async-first, highly autonomous environment
