📋 Description

• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email and phone. • Manage daily intake processes, including running new business scrubs and executing strict data validation. • Handle precise file operations including retrieval, scanning, printing, and importing/exporting critical data. • Support front-line collection staff by handling settlement offers and relaying account instructions. • Prepare routine deliverables like status updates and audit reports. Maintain strict adherence to FDCPA and industry regulations. • Assist the Client Services Manager with ad-hoc internal projects, support onboarding of new clients, and assist with basic skip-tracing activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of administrative or client/customer service experience. • Experience in collections, fintech, or financial services is highly beneficial but not required. • Strong organizational habits, excellent verbal/written communication, and the ability to maintain consistency under pressure. • High proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets). Familiarity with CRM tools is a major plus.
