• Market Access & Customer Management - Establish and maintain robust networks with all relevant market-access stakeholders. • Identify key stakeholders and initiate joint projects to improve healthcare provision. • Ensure regional reimbursement and market access that do not raise financial concerns for physicians. • Conduct contract negotiations and develop regional access strategies. • Organize informational and training formats to ensure prescribing confidence. • Analyze regional market and care data and derive concrete courses of action. • Anticipate health policy developments and translate them into strategic recommendations. • Implement value-added solutions that close regional care gaps. • Lead the account planning process within the team (Sales, Medical, Market Access, Marketing). • Provide lateral leadership and jointly define objectives within the cross-functional team. • Train and support the field force on reimbursement and access topics.
• Several years of experience in a comparable market access / payer KAM role within the pharmaceutical industry. • Degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, life sciences, health economics, or equivalent qualification. • Deep understanding of health policy structures and regional access processes. • Strong networking skills: identify relevant stakeholders, bring them together, and build sustainable relationships. • High agility, creativity, and personal accountability. • Very strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. • Experience in contract negotiations and in managing cross-functional teams. • Excellent German and English skills.
