📋 Description

• Partner Development: Identify, prioritize, and sign POS, LOS, and technology partners that expand Truv's reach across the mortgage ecosystem. • Integration Partnerships: Work with Product and Engineering to define and launch integrations that make Truv easy to adopt inside partner platforms. • Joint Go-to-Market: Build co-marketing and co-selling programs, joint messaging, enablement, and campaigns, that generate qualified pipeline. • Relationship Management: Own partner relationships end to end, from first conversation through launch, enablement, and ongoing growth. • Deal Support: Partner with Sales to leverage the ecosystem in active deals and unlock partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. • Program Building: Stand up the processes, agreements, and structure for a scalable partnership program from the ground up. • Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate Product, Sales, and Marketing around shared partner goals and priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances in fintech, SaaS, or mortgage technology. • Understanding of the mortgage technology ecosystem, especially POS and LOS platforms. • Track record of signing and activating partnerships that produced measurable pipeline or revenue. • Experience building joint go-to-market and co-selling motions with technology partners. • Comfort working closely with Product and Engineering on integration partnerships. • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and program-management skills. • Self-starter comfortable building a function from scratch.
