📋 Description

• Remote | Full-time contract | Must be available to work US hours (EST) • We're hiring a Talent Operations Associate to support our fast-growing recruitment team. • You'll work alongside senior recruiters to help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. • You’ll focus on owning operational workflows, handling candidate communications, and helping us run efficient, scalable hiring campaigns. • You'll also have the opportunity to shape how we work by providing feedback on tools, templates, and processes. • Rockstar blends human support and GenAI to deliver high-quality, flexible, and affordable recruiting solutions for smaller employers. • Our clients typically have fewer than 50 employees and use our service to hire great talent for under $2K per role. • Opportunity to grow with the team and take on more responsibility over time.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or admin/ops — ideally post-college and in a business setting • Excellent written English and comfort communicating with US-based candidates and teams • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you keep things moving and nothing falls through the cracks • A proactive mindset — you see inefficiencies and suggest better ways to work • Comfortable working during US business hours (EST) • Bonus: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or email campaign tools (but not required)
