📋 Description
• Own the talent sourcing operation for U.S.-based clients. • Review AI recommendations across inbound and outbound. • Support operations team with new campaign setup. • Shortlist candidates for inbound, InMail outreach, and calibration. • Review candidates against role requirements and prioritize.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment for U.S.-based companies. • Excited to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote startup environment. • Proven success sourcing for technical and non-technical roles. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Comfortable working U.S. business hours.
