• 2–5 years of experience in product development, product coordination, or a similar execution-focused role • Experience working with physical products, including samples, specifications, and development workflows • Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-through and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately • Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners • Proficiency with common tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and project tracking systems (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable) • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, testing, or DFM is a plus
