• Overall responsibility to maintain and develop a long-term strong relationship with customers • Develop the customer long-term, both in terms of volume and profitability • Generate sales at a defined number of clients and achieve the company's sales goals • Identify new business opportunities within the district • Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team and staff from other departments • Be proactive with customers, offering the latest news and solutions
• Experience of working in a target-driven sales environment with a strong focus on relationship management • Positive attitude • Good communication skills (written and spoken) • Well organized • Service-minded with a strong customer focus • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Commercial experience of sales, preferably in the public sector • Good presentation and demonstration skills • Technical competence and / or training in - IT / telecom products, techniques, concepts, solutions • Interest in elderly care and experience of working with municipalities • Good knowledge within Swedish LOU (Lagen om offentlig upphandling)
