📋 Description

• Assist with research, analysis, planning, and execution across strategic initiatives • Conduct detailed data analysis, identify trends, track performance metrics, and develop decision-making insights • Create project plans, define success metrics, monitor milestones, and align teams on priorities and outcomes • Identify challenges, help develop solutions, and contribute to organizational process improvements • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards communicating progress, insights, and outcomes to leadership • Collaborate with GTM, product, engineering, and data science teams • Take ownership of meaningful work and contribute to Turing’s growth

🎯 Requirements

• Associate-level role; 3+ years of experience preferred • Three or more years of experience in strategy, operations, analytics, or a related role at a high-growth startup or consulting firm • Familiarity with project management, business operations, or analytical work • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data, uncover trends, and inform decisions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and across teams • Initiative, organization, and ability to move work forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Strong academic background or demonstrated excellence in a relevant field
