📋 Description

• Provide functional leadership to a cross-functional performance marketing team. • Own the development and scaling of the Meta channel. • Analyze relevant performance KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures. • Develop new testing approaches for creatives, funnels, and campaigns. • Collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Video, and other marketing functions. • Prioritize projects while fostering a culture of ownership and high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Meta Ads. • Initial or several years of leadership experience, or the desire to take the next step as an experienced Senior Performance Marketer. • Experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment—ideally with products that require explanation. • Excellent understanding of relevant performance KPIs and a data-driven approach to work. • Experience developing and scaling successful paid social campaigns. • Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality. • Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and developing teams. • Very good German skills (C1/C2) and good English skills.
