⢠Provide technical/strategic leadership for a cross-functional performance marketing team ⢠Responsible for developing and scaling the Meta channel ⢠Analyze relevant performance KPIs and derive data-driven optimization measures ⢠Develop new testing approaches for creatives, funnels, and campaigns ⢠Work closely with creative, design, video, and other marketing teams ⢠Prioritize projects
đŻ Requirements
⢠Several years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on Meta ads ⢠Initial or several years of leadership experience ⢠Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer-brand environments ⢠Strong understanding of relevant performance KPIs ⢠Experience developing and scaling successful paid social campaigns ⢠Excellent German (C1/C2) and good English proficiency
