• Proactively identify and research target banks, fintechs, and financial institutions across defined markets • Execute structured outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone, events) to generate new business opportunities • Engage with senior decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, CTOs, Heads of IT, Transformation, Digital Banking) • Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., ICP alignment, transformation intent, budget/timeline signals) • Book and conduct high-quality discovery meetings • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility • Collaborate with Marketing on campaign follow-up and event outreach • Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback and positioning
• 3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, consulting, or a similar commercially driven role • Experience in fintech, SaaS, enterprise software, or financial services is a strong advantage • Strong social and communication skills — comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders • Persuasive and confident in influencing others • Structured and disciplined in outreach and follow-up • Resilient and target-driven • Analytical mindset — able to identify relevant signals in complex organizations • Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, and the banking industry • Eager to learn and grow within enterprise sales • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
