• 10+ years of experience, including people management within a technology or SaaS environment. • Experience as a second-line leader within a technology presales/post-sales or product specialist team. • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing leaders at multiple organizational levels. • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills. • Strong collaboration skills and experience navigating matrixed, cross-functional environments. • Expertise in product strategy, go-to-market planning, and solution architecture. • Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced, growth-focused setting. • Organizational and program management skills.
