📋 Description

• Own and govern the global D365 Finance template, including chart of accounts, financial dimensions, posting profiles, tax structures and intercompany configuration • Review and approve finance-related change requests across legal entities • Manage localisations and exceptions while ensuring standardisation • Support multi-entity D365 rollouts from solution design and validation through UAT, go-live and hypercare • Provide functional support to live D365 Finance environments • Resolve issues and support month-end and period-close activities • Maintain configuration and ongoing production health • Lead transition of finance support from external consultants to an internal ERP capability • Conduct knowledge transfer and maintain documentation and process governance • Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to translate accounting and business requirements into D365 Finance solutions • Provide guidance, training and support to key finance users

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or AX Finance • Experience independently owning and governing a finance template • At least one full end-to-end, multi-entity D365/AX Finance implementation from design through go-live and hypercare • Strong functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, intercompany, taxation and financial localisation • Experience in multi-legal-entity environments, supporting rollouts and live production systems • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls and ERP governance • Ability to challenge business requirements and maintain global standards • Experience working across Finance, IT, business stakeholders and implementation partners • Ability to translate finance requirements into D365 configuration and solutions • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills • Desirable: manufacturing or multi-site environment experience • Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification, such as MB-310, or equivalent • Desirable: group-level consolidation and intercompany process experience • Desirable: experience transitioning ERP support and governance from an external implementation partner to an internal team
