📋 Description

• - Take ownership of the company’s HubSpot platform, ensuring it is fully utilised as the central sales and marketing engine. • - Build, manage and optimise CRM workflows, automations, sequences, lead nurturing campaigns and customer journeys. • - Improve contact segmentation, lifecycle stages, lead scoring and campaign tracking. • - Identify underutilised HubSpot functionality and proactively recommend improvements to increase efficiency and marketing effectiveness. • - Develop reporting dashboards and provide insights into campaign performance, pipeline activity and marketing ROI. • - Drive adoption of HubSpot best practices across the business. • - Develop and implement structured follow-up campaigns for quotations, prospects and existing customers. • - Build automated nurturing workflows to improve quote conversion rates and reduce lost opportunities. • - Create remarketing campaigns targeting historical leads and inactive prospects within the CRM. • - Improve visibility into customer engagement through behavioural tracking, reporting and campaign analytics. • - Work closely with the sales team to strengthen lead management processes and maximise conversion opportunities. • - Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website and digital platforms. • - Produce newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages and promotional campaigns using HubSpot. • - Repurpose existing marketing content into engaging campaigns across multiple channels. • - Coordinate campaign execution from concept through to reporting and optimisation. • - Ensure campaigns align with business objectives, customer personas and target markets. • - Manage the company’s social media presence to enhance brand awareness, credibility and market visibility. • - Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, presentations and digital assets using Canva. • - Maintain consistent branding across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials. • - Coordinate content updates across websites, landing pages and digital marketing channels. • - Work with external suppliers where required to ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently. ** • - Review existing marketing activities and proactively identify opportunities for business growth and increased market share. • - Recommend new marketing initiatives, campaigns and customer engagement strategies. • - Act as a trusted marketing adviser by bringing forward new ideas, improvements and best practice recommendations. • - Stay current with emerging marketing trends, HubSpot capabilities and AI technologies that can improve productivity and customer engagement. • - Identify opportunities to automate manual marketing processes through AI, APIs and other marketing technologies. ** • - Monitor campaign performance, lead generation and conversion metrics. • - Analyse marketing data to identify trends and recommend improvements. • - Work collaboratively with leadership and the sales team to align marketing activity with business goals. • - Operate with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of projects from planning through to execution and delivery. • - Other role-specific duties as they arise.

🎯 Requirements

• - A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field would be highly regarded. • - Proven experience managing and optimising **HubSpot CRM**, including workflows, automation, sequences, reporting, segmentation and campaign management. • - Strong understanding of CRM-driven marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation. • - Demonstrated experience planning and executing **end-to-end marketing campaigns** across multiple channels. • - Experience producing email marketing campaigns, newsletters, landing pages and digital marketing content. • - Proficiency with **Canva **for creating and updating marketing collateral and branded assets. • - Strong understanding of customer journeys, sales funnels and conversion optimisation. • - Ability to analyse marketing performance and translate insights into measurable commercial outcomes. • - Highly proactive with the confidence to identify opportunities, recommend improvements and drive initiatives independently. • - Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • - Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. • - Experience working alongside sales teams within a B2B, services or project-based business is highly advantageous. • - Exposure to AI-assisted marketing.
