📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales consultants. • Make customer follow-up calls and send emails regarding appointment confirmations, missing information and next steps. • Assist with inbound and outbound sales and support queues. • Respond to customer enquiries and escalate complex questions to sales consultants. • Update and maintain customer records, deal stages and notes in HubSpot and internal systems. • Upload and store customer and sales documentation correctly. • Prepare and issue accurate contracts. • Process Solar Victoria, NSW loan scheme and other rebate and finance applications end to end. • Prepare sales activity reports, lead conversion updates and pipeline summaries. • Prepare agendas, sales reports and action items for sales team meetings. • Support handovers between sales, operations and installation teams. • Collaborate with sales consultants, marketing and operations teams. • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative tasks and improve sales process efficiency. • Comply with policies and procedures and contribute to a safe, high-quality work environment. • Perform other position-level duties as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience, is highly regarded. • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination and sales administration or a related role is essential. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence communicating with customers by phone and email, are essential. • Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and understand customer needs is essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, is essential. • Experience using CRM platforms is highly regarded; working knowledge of HubSpot or Genesys is desirable. • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines effectively, are essential. • High attention to detail and accuracy across data entry, reporting and customer records is essential. • Strong computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems and technical information are essential. • A collaborative and supportive approach to working with sales and cross-functional teams is essential. • A strong customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience are essential. • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer sales and service environment is highly regarded. • An interest in renewable energy and sustainability is desirable.
