• Gerenciar sua carteira de clientes, acompanhando toda a jornada de uso da plataforma; • Conduzir onboardings e treinamentos para capacitar as equipes no uso das funcionalidades; • Monitorar interações e pesquisas de satisfação para garantir alta performance; • Atuar na retenção de clientes, criando estratégias para fortalecer o relacionamento; • Realizar kick-off e acompanhar campanhas e entregas mensais.
🎯 Requirements
• Formação em Recursos Humanos, Administração, Marketing, Psicologia, TI ou áreas afins; • Experiência em implantação de software, vendas ou relacionamento com clientes; • Boa comunicação escrita e oral; • Conhecimento em Pacote Office e Internet.
