📋 Description

• Administer and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment coordination, and access management. • Process and manage employee changes, such as role changes, leaves of absence, and terminations, in HR systems. • Collaborate with payroll and total rewards to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing clear and timely communication. • Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations. • Assist with compliance-related tasks, including audits and reporting. • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within HR operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Admin, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations role. Ideally, within a fast-paced technology company. • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., HiBob, BambooHR, or similar). • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset. • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices (global experience is a plus). • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity. • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
