📋 Description
• Define and socialize the technical vision for self-healing networks and agentic operations • Collaborate with engineers to deliver an integrated platform substrate • Drive AI and agentic automation across every layer of the infrastructure stack • Act as the technical face for senior DoD, IC, and Federal customers • Develop a team of multi-disciplinary engineers for infrastructure ideas
🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years building and operating large-scale enterprise infrastructure • 8+ years of hands-on platform engineering experience • 3+ years of leadership experience integrating AI and agentic automation into infrastructure operations • 5+ years operating in IL5/IL6 environments • Deep fluency in NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA • Experience with hiring, developing, and retaining senior platform engineers
