📋 Description

• Manage technical support requests from clients, focusing on KPIs such as customer satisfaction • Escalate bugs through appropriate internal channels and teams, including Jira • Help clients and partners navigate the Location Marketing Cloud • Answer clients' technical questions and provide excellent customer experiences • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Implementation, and the wider Customer Organization • Build and maintain relationships across departments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer or Technical Support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Excellent written and spoken English • Able to work independently and comfortably remotely • Service-oriented approach and motivation to find solutions for customers • Ability to quickly learn technically complex issues, prioritize them, and stay organized • Ideally, experience with ticketing and CRM systems such as Jira and Salesforce • Good working level with Excel or Google Sheets • Experience working in an international team • Open to new ideas and approaches • Comfortable researching new issues • Access to a strong and reliable internet connection at home • Some completed college education • Eligible to work in the Republic of the Philippines • Basic MySQL skills, including writing and updating queries, are a bonus • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and ability to troubleshoot browser errors are bonus points • Previous experience with APIs, including Postman, is a bonus • Basic understanding of location management on networks such as Google and Facebook is a bonus
