📋 Description

• Collect and consolidate daily/monthly production reports across 41 doctors and multiple office locations • Audit figures, investigate discrepancies, and maintain detailed revenue tracking sheets • Prepare invoice data, review office adjustments, track invoice/payment statuses, flag unusual ledger items, and build AR reports in Excel • Audit raw production data underlying provider compensation • Maintain payroll tracking spreadsheets, verify percentage-based payout figures, and prepare payroll batches for executive approval • Extract and aggregate production figures across 41 periodontal providers and maintain master revenue summary workbooks • Compile line-item invoice data and supporting documentation; analyze fee adjustments, refunds, and write-offs • Reconcile doctor production reports against contract compensation structures and calculate percentage-based tiers • Build, maintain, and audit complex Excel workbooks using PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and custom formulas for month-end closes • Communicate securely with internal teams via Outlook and Google Voice while following data governance, confidentiality, and accounting procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Strong foundational understanding of accounting principles, GAAP standards, invoicing, AR, and financial reporting workflows • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS; candidates without advanced Excel mastery will not be considered • Advanced mathematical skills in quantitative analysis, financial auditing, and complex percentage-based compensation or revenue splits • Ability to scrutinize large datasets, cross-reference multi-source reports, and independently identify financial discrepancies • Ability to follow established accounting protocols precisely while managing strict monthly close deadlines with high autonomy • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and absolute discretion with confidential financial and payroll data • Private, quiet, HIPAA/financial-compliant home office with high-performance PC/Mac, high-speed internet, backup power/internet solutions, and headset • Preferred: experience in Dental, Healthcare, or Medical Group accounting practices • Preferred: multi-location or multi-provider financial tracking experience supporting 20+ providers • Preferred: production-based or commission-based doctor/provider compensation auditing experience
