📋 Description

• Build internal platform capabilities and optimize infrastructure • Empower product engineering teams to scale seamlessly and reduce operational burden • Build relationships with engineering teams and evaluate changes across products and users • Support engineering teams adopting operational practices and tooling, including troubleshooting • Embed security into platform foundations, including IAM, secrets management, network controls, and compliance guardrails • Own work from design through production • Identify blockers and resolve them independently • Deliver smaller, incremental improvements • Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional stakeholders • Define processes from scratch in ambiguous situations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or DevOps • 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering • Strong AWS expertise, including Organizations, account management, and IAM • Deep hands-on experience with Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) and Docker-based containerization • Solid understanding of cloud networking • Proven Infrastructure-as-Code experience with Terraform • Proficiency with AI tooling such as Claude Code and Copilot • Experience building and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines • Proficiency with Python programming • Experience with Datadog for monitoring and observability, exposure to Azure, and familiarity with Artifactory are nice-to-haves
