📋 Description

• Build web features, make enhancements, resolve bugs, and support the product lifecycle within the Power product suite • Perform hands-on development, implementation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization • Work with stored procedures, relational databases, and performance-sensitive SQL • Utilize AI tools and coding agents such as Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code • Collaborate across teams in a Shift Left development environment • Write unit and integration tests

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular • Experience with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc), or equivalent practical work experience • Clear and confident English communication skills, written and verbal • Self-driven approach, strong ownership, and solid troubleshooting/debugging skills • Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code • Comfort working in a Shift Left development environment • Nice-to-have: strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization • Nice-to-have: familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments • Nice-to-have: exposure to GraphQL • Nice-to-have: experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows and basic to intermediate AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, etc.) • Nice-to-have: understanding of HTML and CSS • Nice-to-have: experience building applications for large enterprise customers
