🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience in middle market and construction segments • Demonstrated ability to execute underwriting strategy • Proven track record of growing a profitable book of business • Excellent customer service skills • Established relationships with key distribution partners • Solution-focused
