📋 Description

• Take end to end ownership, managing the entire product line life cycle • Create a strategic roadmap balancing long-term goals with short- and medium-term opportunities, aligned with the broader platform product strategy • Proactively communicate with stakeholders across the business about roadmap changes, new ideas, and resolutions to pain points • Drive innovation by measuring what matters, staying current with real estate and technology developments, and assessing new opportunities • Work hand-in-hand with design and engineering to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog reflecting evolving business needs and delivery capacity • Drive product vision, strategy, and goals • Build a unique product and deliver a great customer experience • Provide products, data, and analytics that support customer needs and internal stakeholder decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management roles • Experience managing, or strong interest in, internal-facing products that improve internal team efficiency • Understanding of how internal products improve the end-customer experience • Comfort working with complex business logic and multiple stakeholder requirements • Analytical, data-driven decision-making • Basic SQL knowledge is a strong plus • Interest in leveraging AI tools or automations to enhance product capabilities or improve internal processes • Proven experience defining, scoping, and successfully delivering complex projects • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment • Clear, confident, and effective communication in English • Ideally, experience in a technology-driven company where technology is central to business success
