📋 Description

• Provide functional and application support to end users • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to ETQ Reliance QMS • Administer and configure the ETQ Reliance platform • Configure workflows according to business needs • Gather and analyze business requirements • Prepare, execute, and validate tests • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to the platform • Help ensure application stability and alignment with business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with ETQ Reliance Quality Management System (QMS) • Experience in functional support and/or enterprise application support • Knowledge of workflow configuration and ETQ Reliance platform administration • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements • Experience preparing, executing, and validating tests • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Knowledge of SQL and SQL Server • Experience with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office • Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving • Advanced or fluent English for interaction with global teams • Resume must be submitted in English • Preferred: experience with automated testing and regression testing • Preferred: knowledge of Jenkins job monitoring • Preferred: experience in regulated environments and quality management systems • Preferred: knowledge of Quality Management, CAPA, Document Control, and Compliance processes • Preferred: strong communication and business stakeholder relationship management skills
