• Open doors to medical practices and bring our vision directly into everyday clinical care • Relationship building & persuasion: With your communication skills and understanding of everyday medical workflows, you win over physicians, diabetes counselors, and medical staff for our digital health application (DiGA). • Outbound & inbound management: You actively approach potential prescribers and manage qualified leads from our partner networks and marketing activities. • Sales cycle responsibility: You independently manage the engagement with medical practices — from first contact and individual consultation to the first successful prescription of our DiGA. • CRM & data maintenance: You meticulously record all sales activities in our CRM system (HubSpot), creating the data foundation for our success. • Knowledge transfer & representation: You organize and host webinars for medical professionals and act as a competent point of contact. Additionally, you occasionally represent Una Health at digital and in-person industry events — professionally, visibly, and with the aim of bringing our mission into care delivery. • Market awareness: You gather valuable feedback directly from practices and work closely with the marketing and product teams to continuously improve our offering.
• Sales talent with empathy and drive • Growth mindset: You are passionate about account management and business development, highly motivated, hungry for success, and persistent even after a "no." • Ideally you have 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare (e.g., pharma, medical devices, SaaS, or another DiGA), or you are a career changer (e.g., diabetes counselor, medical assistant (MFA), pharmaceutical technical assistant (PTA), or similar). • Strong communication: You communicate excellently in German (native level), are persuasive on the phone, and can explain complex matters simply. • Customer orientation: You can understand the workflows of a medical practice, build trust quickly, and act as a competent point of contact on equal footing. • Self-responsibility: You work very independently and in a structured way, and you keep an overview even with a full pipeline. • Languages & tech affinity: You have perfect written and spoken German, speak good English for internal communication, and are confident using digital tools such as CRM systems.
