📋 Description

• Support the Commercial and Technology areas in automating and standardizing pricing and proposal generation; • Configure products, bundle rules, pricing rules and validations in the system; • Structure complete offers (product + service + price) for heavy fleet and equipment solutions; • Act as a technical reference for commercial users (key user of the tool); • Document business rules, requirements and parameterizations performed; • Ensure the integrity and quality of information in the system; • Conduct testing, validations and continuous improvements of the solution; • Serve as the focal point (window person) for structuring heavy bundles; • Ensure offers align with strategic positioning and customer needs; • Balance variables such as pricing, COGS, contribution margin and NPS; • Orchestrate multiple areas: Commercial, Pricing, Operations, Legal, Product and IT.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or similar product configuration and pricing tools; • Background in Product, Sales, Pricing or Commercial Operations; • Experience configuring commercial rules (price, discount, bundles); • Analytical profile with business acumen and a results-oriented mindset; • Experience documenting processes and requirements; • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders. • ⭐ Preferred qualifications • Experience with heavy fleets, commercial vehicles or equipment; • Experience at companies with complex operations or high commercial volumes; • Knowledge of pricing and profitability strategies; • Experience in digital transformation projects; • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
