• Reviewing and processing specification documents and tender materials (digital / paperless) • Entering, calculating and tracking quotations in the ERP/merchandise management system • Preparing tailored offers aligned with customer requirements • Providing telephone-based consultation and customer support • Performing supporting sales activities • Preparing statistics on submitted quotations and handling related administrative tasks
• Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in technical wholesale, or a qualification in electrical engineering • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Excellent communication skills combined with a strong service orientation • Enjoyment of a sales-oriented working approach • High degree of independence and self-motivation
