• Reviewing and processing specification documents (digital/paperless) • Recording, costing and tracking offers in the ERP/inventory management system • Preparing tailored offers aligned with customer needs • Providing telephone advice and support to our customers • Performing supportive sales activities • Preparing statistics on submitted offers and handling related administrative tasks
• Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in technical wholesale, or vocational training in electrical engineering • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Excellent communication skills combined with a strong service orientation • Enjoyment of sales-oriented work • High degree of independence and ability to work autonomously
