📋 Description

• Handle cancellation requests by addressing the underlying reasons and retaining customers • Assess technical feasibility, offer plans, and complete sales to reverse cancellations • Review customer registration details, payments, plans, and service history • Activate or deactivate plans and generate charges on customer accounts • Open, record, forward, and close service tickets in the system • Analyze connection logs and call records to help resolve service requests • Record tasks and complete internal spreadsheets • Access customer routers and perform basic configurations to resolve simple technical issues

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication, organizational, and accountability skills • Innovative mindset • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Completed or ongoing higher education in Business Administration, Communications, Sales, or a related field • Position available for people with disabilities (PwD)
