📋 Description

• Perform first-line monitoring of systems, identifying alerts and suspicious events • Analyze security alerts according to predefined procedures, looking for patterns and correlations • Prepare basic reports on monitoring activities and incidents • Prepare audit reports and conduct reviews of security consoles and technical vulnerabilities • Provide technical support to users, clients, and other teams regarding SOC responsibilities • Engage support teams when necessary • Respond to low- and medium-complexity incidents • Create and maintain documentation for internal SOC processes and security consoles • Contribute to improvements and updates to the environment’s security tools

🎯 Requirements

• Incident identification, triage, and response processes • Preparing security documentation, reports, and health checks • Knowledge of EDR, SIEM, SOAR, and Vulnerability Management tools • Knowledge of firewalls and network perimeter protection (NGFW, WAF, VPN, XDR, etc.) • Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and container operating systems • Currently pursuing a degree in Technology or Information Security • Availability to work a 12x36 shift schedule, from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (overnight)
