• Gestionar, desarrollar y maximizar el desempeño comercial de la cuenta Coopidrogas en el canal de droguerías independientes. • Cumplir y superar metas de venta, cobertura, sell out y gestión de cartera. • Monitorear indicadores clave: clientes activos, clientes nuevos, frecuencia de compra, rotación en punto de venta y días de cartera. • Recuperar droguerías asociadas con bajo desempeño y ampliar la base de puntos de venta que compran el portafolio. • Negociar pedidos, condiciones comerciales, descuentos, combos y actividades promocionales con el droguista. • Implementar estrategias para incrementar la rotación y la frecuencia de compra en el punto de venta. • Garantizar niveles óptimos de inventario en cada droguería mediante sugerido de pedido y reposición. • Analizar información de ventas por categoría, droguería asociada y región, identificando tendencias y comportamiento de compra. • Realizar seguimiento continuo a resultados comerciales y al cumplimiento de los acuerdos con Coopidrogas.
• 2 a 4 años en ventas en consumo masivo, farmacéutico o canal tradicional (TAT). • Experiencia atendiendo cuentas del canal farmacéutico, cooperativas o asociaciones de droguerías independientes (Coopidrogas, Copservir o similares). • Manejo de indicadores comerciales del canal: sell in, sell out, cobertura, clientes activos y cartera. • Gestión de cuentas clave (KAM) en el canal farmacéutico. • Análisis de datos comerciales y manejo de indicadores de sell in y sell out. • Planeación comercial, forecasting y gestión de cartera. • Excel intermedio/avanzado. • Conocimiento del modelo cooperativo de droguerías (Coopidrogas, Copservir) — deseable. • Conocimiento del canal farmacéutico.
• Professional en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
