📋 Description

• Drive nationwide store execution excellence across all channels • Lead operations, field execution, merchandising, compliance, and analytics • Improve store productivity, shopper experience, and sales growth through Perfect Store KPI delivery • Own national Perfect Store score performance • Monitor KPI achievement by channel, region, customer, and store • Identify execution gaps and implement corrective action plans • Lead monthly Perfect Store business reviews • Develop store execution standards and operating procedures • Ensure merchandising guidelines are consistently implemented • Drive compliance to planograms, displays, and visibility standards • Manage field audit processes and governance • Ensure core SKU availability across stores • Drive NPI placement execution and speed-to-shelf • Partner with supply chain and sales teams to reduce OOS • Focus on Product, Pack, Price, Promotion, Place, and Proposition standards

🎯 Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates with strong academic achievements and/or demonstrated leadership experience through extracurricular activities, student organizations, or community involvement • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to communicate effectively in English in a professional business environment • Experience leading, managing, or coordinating field execution teams is an advantage • Strong understanding of Perfect Store execution standards and merchandising excellence • Proficient in Power BI and experienced in leveraging retail analytics to drive insights and decision-making • Exposure to FMCG, retail operations, sales, or customer development environments is nice to have • Experience analyzing retail performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations is nice to have • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and stakeholder management capabilities is nice to have
