📋 Description

• Provide technical support to the cooperative's departments in the interpretation and application of audit rules, coverage rules, the ANS Coverage List, Sistema Unimed rules, and other business-related guidelines, contributing to the standardization of information and processes; • Keep the area's technical references and documentation up to date in accordance with normative guidelines, legislation, and directives from ANS, AMB, Sistema Unimed, the Ministry of Health, and other applicable regulatory and technical bodies; • Share technical and operational information with involved departments, supporting the dissemination and standardization of knowledge related to business rules; • Perform technical analyses related to processes, parameterizations, and business rules, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of existing processes; • Communicate technical rules in an accessible manner; • Provide technical support to administrative and operational teams, assisting in the correct application of business rules and the appropriate use of corporate systems; • Prepare reports, surveys, and impact simulations, supporting technical analyses and the decision-making process of area leadership; • Identify opportunities for improvement, controls, and adjustments in rules and processes, contributing to the reduction of deviations, inconsistencies, and operational waste; • Participate in projects and initiatives within the area, contributing technical and operational knowledge of business rules and cooperative processes; • Support the evaluation and maintenance of rules related to health coverage, in accordance with institutional and current regulatory guidelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing. • Knowledge of supplies (materials, medications, and OPME — orthoses, prostheses, and special materials), daily rates and charges, and medical fees is desirable. • Advanced Excel skills preferred.
