📋 Description

• Develop and deliver engineering deliverables for Product Sales, customer acquisition, and servicing solutions, including Core Applications (PolisyAsia), workflow, middleware integration, and front-end/mobile applications. • Collaborate with Business Product Owners, Tech Delivery Leads, and technical team members to define technical designs for product launches, post-launch features, enhancements, and new initiatives. • Provide technical solutions to meet business demand. • Oversee core application deliverables for product launches, post-launch features, servicing, and middleware integration. • Become a subject matter expert for PolisyAsia core application initiatives. • Partner with business product owners to deliver product, proposition, and customer service targets. • Own technical delivery of assigned tasks and projects independently while keeping managers and team members updated. • Build relationships with delivery leads, engineering team members, and business users across the organization; articulate technical solutions across teams. • Contribute to Policy Administration System architecture and design, providing best-practice guidance and patterns. • Maintain knowledge of relevant industry verticals and insurance/financial industry developments. • Control and commit to agreed timelines. • Support production issue investigation and resolution as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of GI Policy admins features and functionalities • 5 - 7 years Insurance/Financial Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years on Supporting Core Policy Admin systems especially PolisyAsia. • Knowledge of surrounding applications like GI Integrations, distribution channels and external parties that GI is commonly integrated with. • Good experience in omnichannel Integration • Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies. • Knowledge of integrating with other surrounding applications around core applications. • Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills. • Very good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define process automation. • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment • Experience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage. • Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
