📋 Description

• Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and defect management for T24 mortgage enhancements. • Design and execute functional, regression, API, integration, and data test cases. • Validate end-to-end mortgage processes including loan origination, disbursement, settlements, refunds, and auto-closure. • Manage and mentor the offshore testing team, ensuring quality deliverables and adherence to testing standards. • Coordinate SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting. • Support automation initiatives and leverage AI-assisted testing tools to improve testing efficiency. • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Min of 8+ years of experience in software testing, including experience leading or coordinating a testing team, across functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. • Banking Products and Process Knowledge Preferred • E**xperience in the banking or financial services industry, with hands-on exposure to the Temenos T24 core banking platform (mortgage / lending preferred).** • **Hands-on testing experience with mortgage / lending products and SZHP-type government housing or subsidy schemes is highly desirable.** • Experience testing BPMN / workflow management systems and system integrations in a core-banking landscape. • Demonstrated experience working in Agile and DevOps environments. • Experience with API testing and data validation. • Exposure to test automation tools and frameworks is an advantage.
