📋 Description
• Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and updating closing checklists and trackers. • Preparing documents and coordinating the execution of closing packages. • Conducting due diligence, including reviewing leases, title commitments, site inspections, plats, and surveys. • Assisting with retrieval of required documentation for real estate transactions. • Drafting and reviewing legal descriptions.
🎯 Requirements
• 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate paralegal, including at mid to large-sized law firm, is required. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus. • Fluent with Office, Sharepoint, Salesforce, GIS and deed plotting software, and equipped to work remotely. • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
