📋 Description

• Payroll Validation and Approval: Review and approve payrolls produced by local providers to ensure compliance with each country’s specific legislation. • Termination and Onboarding Management: Verify and validate termination calculations and ensure required documentation is submitted for new hires and terminations. • Local Payments and Taxes: Validate and approve local tax payment forms and bank files for accurate processing of salaries and statutory contributions. • Local Benefits Management: Validate and approve benefit requests (particularly for Mexico and Uruguay), ensuring compliance with local policies. • Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Drive maintenance and improvements of payroll processes, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and local regulations. • Employee and Stakeholder Support: Serve as a point of contact to resolve local employee queries and deliver accounting reports as required. • Annual Calendar Development: Prepare the annual payroll activity calendar to ensure all deadlines and processes are met.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with payroll processes in Latin American countries. • Fluency in Spanish for communication with local teams and providers (mandatory). • Advanced English for communication with global teams. • Knowledge of payroll systems and regional compliance standards. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement. • Advanced Excel
