📋 Description

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules • Translate market requirements and business cases into clear specifications for Engineering, UX, and Test • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and peer Product Managers • Plan and deliver product increments with Engineering, Design, and Marketing • Provide reliable estimates for broader roadmap initiatives • Build and manage the feature backlog, balancing business priority, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability • Coordinate feature delivery across agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation • Remain accountable for market acceptance of solutions in the functional area • Triage the defect queue with client support and drive resolution with Engineering according to SLA • Present product vision, strategy, and results to executive leadership, customers, and stakeholders • Conduct sprint reviews to elicit feedback • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing evolution • Monitor HR/HCM industry trends, regulatory change, and emerging technology

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning a product area end to end • Solid, working understanding of HR processes and the HR/HCM business domain • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong grounding in product management methodology, agile practice, and the software development lifecycle • Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap using data, market research, and competitive analysis • Excellent communication and executive presence • Ability to influence stakeholders at every level and present evidence-based recommendations • Comfortable in a fast-moving, matrixed organization with many stakeholders and competing priorities • Product Management certification (e.g., PMP, CSPO) or equivalent recognized credential is an advantage • Track record of turning ambiguous market signals into a shipped, adopted product is an advantage • Familiarity with change management is an advantage • Working knowledge of Payroll and Talent Management (TM) is an advantage • Knowledge of Professional Services, Public Sector, Not-for-Profit, or Higher Education industries is an advantage • May require security clearance and background checks for customer projects and access to sensitive customer data • Right to work and personal identification may be required for security checks
