📋 Description

• Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of capabilities that help organizations effectively plan, allocate, and optimize their workforce • Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers to translate business needs into valuable product outcomes • Ensure that our solutions deliver measurable impact across project and resource management processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar product-focused role • Strong experience working in Agile software development environments • Experience defining and managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Ability to balance business priorities, customer needs, and technical considerations • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX, and Customer Success • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Preferred: Experience working with ERP, Enterprise SaaS, Resource Planning, Workforce Management, Project Management, or Scheduling solutions • Understanding of resource allocation, capacity planning, staffing, project execution, or professional services processes • Experience translating complex business processes into scalable software solutions • Familiarity with data-driven product management and product analytics • Experience working in a global and distributed product organization • Knowledge of AI-assisted product management tools and modern software delivery practices • Nice to Have: Experience with project-centric ERP solutions • Experience working with Planning, Scheduling, Workforce Management, PSA (Professional Services Automation), or Resource Management products • Pragmatic, Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe POPM, or similar product certifications • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based software architectures
