• Become a trusted partner for hiring managers — helping define role requirements, align priorities, and guide them through every stage of the hiring process • Manage the full recruitment cycle: conduct intake meetings, define search focus, perform screenings and HR interviews, coordinate interview stages, and ensure a smooth offer and onboarding experience • Collaborate closely with sourcers to set priorities, align on candidate profiles, and provide timely feedback within agreed SLAs • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies together with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS — from creating vacancies to updating candidate statuses and ensuring data completeness • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and professional representation of the company • Stay engaged with product and business teams to deeply understand hiring needs and confidently present the product to candidates
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment within a product-focused IT company • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting: from kick-off to offer and proven ability to take ownership of the full hiring process • Strong communication and consulting skills for working with hiring managers • Excellent sourcing skills & solid understanding of the IT market and roles in product development • Experience working with ATS and maintaining accurate, up-to-date data • Experience in headhunting and working with passive candidates • Basic understanding of recruitment analytics and ability to draw insights from data • Experience working with distributed teams • Knowledge of modern sourcing tools and channels • Experience contributing to process improvements or initiatives to enhance candidate experience • Basic skills with AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency
