📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Workday Financials administrator and day-to-day support contact for the Finance team • Diagnose and resolve Workday Financials configuration issues across modules • Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional design specifications and Workday configuration solutions • Support and deliver enhancements, new feature rollouts, and process improvements in Workday Financials • Participate in Workday semi-annual release cycles • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation • Collaborate with the broader Enterprise Systems team on cross-functional initiatives • Work with Finance leadership to support strategic priorities • Act as a bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring system changes are delivered with appropriate controls • Manage support tickets and project tasks through a defined intake and prioritization process

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience in a business analyst or functional analyst capacity • Deep working knowledge of one or more Workday Financial Management modules • Demonstrated ability to support day-to-day Finance operations while simultaneously contributing to project-based work and strategic initiatives • Strong stakeholder management skills • Experience conducting business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and writing functional design documents • Solid understanding of core finance and accounting concepts (GAAP, month-end close, AP/AR workflows, expense management) • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple open requests and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Collaborative approach to problem-solving
