• Ensure efficient execution of the sales targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with Strategic Accounts and other Customers in agreed territory • Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer ́s senior management to understand their needs • Support, improve and complete the annual business plan • Initiate, set up and complete sales projects and mutual selling activities • Meet targets on cold calls and maintain existing relationships • Use reporting tools as required and update customer situation and orders • Communicate and liaise with other members of the sales team and departments • Follow all company processes, policies and guidelines
• Extensive working experience in B2B, with previous experience in chemical or technical sales strongly preferred • Proactive, driven by sales and goal oriented • Ability to see the customer ́s needs and expectations with a structured way of working • Hard-working; can easily adapt and prioritize under changing circumstances • Higher education (chemical-related) is a preference • Driver ́s license required • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; can operate at different levels within the organization; understanding of working in an international environment.
