📋 Description

• Collaborate with Foundation stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting and dashboard requirements • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Salesforce (Kindsight/Affinaquest), Apsona, Power BI, and related tools • Translate complex business requirements and data into clear, actionable reporting solutions • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data presented in reports and dashboards • Develop reporting solutions that effectively address Foundation management questions and business needs • Provide user support, training, and guidance related to report access, interpretation, and self-service reporting capabilities • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate data delivery, and enhance business intelligence capabilities • Assist in establishing reporting standards, documentation, and best practices • Partner with Advancement Operations staff to support ongoing data governance and reporting initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of three years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or related fields • Experience developing reports and dashboards within Salesforce • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics • Proficiency with Apsona for Salesforce preferred • Experience with DAX, SOQL, JavaScript, SQL, or similar reporting and data analysis tools preferred • Salesforce Trailhead learning and/or Salesforce certifications preferred
