📋 Description

• Own and lead the product vision, roadmap, and development priorities for our POS product.• Work closely with your dedicated development team to plan, build, launch, and improve new features.• Define product requirements based on customer needs, business goals, market trends, and data insights.• Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure the POS product integrates smoothly with our SaaS and back-office solutions.• Gather feedback from users, internal teams, and stakeholders to continuously improve the product experience.• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction to identify growth opportunities.• Manage timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations to ensure product goals are met.• Support the overall product strategy for our vertical SaaS ecosystem, with a strong focus on POS, payments, and operational workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Product ownership: Experience managing a digital product from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement. • POS or SaaS experience: Understanding of point-of-sale systems, payments, retail, hospitality, or vertical SaaS products is a strong advantage. • Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into a clear product roadmap. • Communication skills: Able to explain ideas clearly, align stakeholders, and listen carefully to feedback from teams and users. • Problem-solving skills: Comfortable analyzing complex challenges and making informed decisions based on data and customer insights. • Team collaboration: Experience working closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. • Leadership: Ability to guide priorities, influence decisions, and support the team in achieving shared goals. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and adjusting priorities when market or customer needs change.
