📋 Description

• Translate roadmap initiatives, customer requirements, and business objectives into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation • Own and maintain the product backlog, aligning priorities with customer value, business objectives, technical feasibility, and roadmap commitments • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies • Clarify requirements, answer questions, and remove ambiguity for Engineering and QA throughout development • Coordinate with integrations, connectors, and core platform teams to assess dependencies and cross-functional impacts • Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality against requirements and outcomes • Prioritize customer feedback, production issues, and implementation challenges • Balance roadmap initiatives, customer commitments, technical debt, and defects • Identify, communicate, and escalate delivery risks, scope changes, dependencies, and blockers • Keep priorities, requirements, delivery progress, and decisions visible to stakeholders • Investigate complex product, technical, and customer challenges and identify scalable solutions • Maintain documentation and traceability of requirements, decisions, and scope changes • Coordinate Product Management, Engineering, QA, Support, Services, and Customer Success teams • Identify gaps and improve product outcomes and delivery effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with remote software development teams • 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role within a software or SaaS environment • Backlog management, prioritization, and requirements refinement in an Agile environment • Ability to translate business, customer, and product requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery-ready backlog items • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Customer Success, and Services teams • Experience with Agile/Scrum software delivery teams and successful release execution • Experience with Jira and Agile planning tools • Experience with enterprise SaaS products, enterprise search technologies, AI-enabled solutions, APIs, integrations, information management platforms, or interconnected components • Understanding of software development lifecycles, release management, and quality assurance processes • Experience supporting distributed or global engineering teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems • Proactive, collaborative, organized, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented approach • Self-starter with ownership and accountability • Ability to overlap with multiple time zones regularly for meetings, status updates, and related activities
