📋 Description

• Provide strategic consulting to successful Shopify-based e-commerce brands in marketing, conversion rate optimization, and growth • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies in collaboration with clients • Use modern AI tools to efficiently implement recommendations and automate processes • Analyze conversion pipelines, marketing funnels, and customer journeys, and derive actionable recommendations • Present strategies, conduct workshops, and implement projects collaboratively with clients • Build, test, and optimize AI-powered workflows, including LLMs, automations, and no-code/low-code tools • Proactively identify growth opportunities and automation potential • Deliver measurable value to clients and reduce internal implementation efforts through AI-powered solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in e-commerce, marketing, or CRO, with a proven track record of success with Shopify brands • Strong consulting skills and confidence when working with decision-makers • Hands-on mentality, with the ability to independently build tools, automations, or workflows • Experience with modern AI tools • Analytical mindset and experience with funnels, KPIs, A/B testing, and conversion optimization • Structured, self-directed working style and a strong willingness to learn • Confident client communication in German and English • Nice to have, but not required: Experience with Make or Zapier • Nice to have, but not required: Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies • Nice to have, but not required: Previous agency or consulting experience in e-commerce
