• Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors and sales teams, aligning shared goals with UPM Graphics objectives • Drive product adoption and sustainable growth through collaborative sales calls, targeted prospecting, and tailored solutions for wide-format print providers and related markets • Deliver comprehensive product training, onboarding, and ongoing support to empower distributors and customers for long-term success • Monitor performance, use CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting, and co-create promotions and growth initiatives • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to share insights and implement strategies that unlock market opportunities together
• You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent industry experience; an MBA is a plus • You bring at least five years of experience in sales, account management, or distribution channel management within graphics, signage, or specialty materials • You have a track record of success in managing distributor relationships and driving regional growth • You demonstrate strong negotiation and relationship-building skills • You communicate effectively and deliver engaging presentations • You are organized and manage time efficiently • You are proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) • You are comfortable with travel, approximately 50 –60% within the region.
